Fela Adebiyi is an experienced international yoga teacher with over two decades of practice and teaching woven into his journey. His approach is rooted in presence, breath, and deep listening—an evolving exploration of movement as medicine.
Recognised as an Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), Fela brings a depth of knowledge that goes beyond technique. His teachings are guided by intuition, informed by years of lived experience, and shaped by a genuine commitment to personal transformation—both on and off the mat.

My intention as a yoga teacher is to hold a space that feels welcoming, open, and real—a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Through each session, I guide students to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, to move with awareness, and to trust the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance.
With an intuitive understanding of both body and breath, I offer practices that build strength, flexibility, and resilience—while always honouring each individual’s pace and needs. My classes are rooted in mindfulness and alignment, with a strong focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

Practice Online
Typically, classes offer a combination of physical movement (asana) and seated breatwork (pranayama). Sometimes there is also a guided relaxation and/or short meditation.
