Fela Adebiyi is an experienced international yoga teacher with over two decades of practice and teaching woven into his journey. His approach is rooted in presence, breath, and deep listening—an evolving exploration of movement as medicine.
Recognised as an Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), Fela brings a depth of knowledge that goes beyond technique. His teachings are guided by intuition, informed by years of lived experience, and shaped by a genuine commitment to personal transformation—both on and off the mat.
Whether leading retreats, guiding therapeutic classes, or creating space for stillness and breath, Fela holds a grounded, heart-led container where people can reconnect with their bodies and remember their natural rhythm.
